• Orders placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM daily will be processed immediately. We always try our best to deliver within the shortest possible time frame.
  

📍 Delivery Timeframes

• Colombo 1–15, Colombo suburbs & Gampaha District
  
  Delivery within 48 hours, excluding Sundays and public/trade holidays.
  
• Outer regions
  
  Delivery within a maximum of 4 working days, excluding Sundays and public/trade holidays.
  
• Island-wide delivery
  
  Delivery available across Sri Lanka.
  

💰 Delivery Charges

• Free delivery for orders above Rs. 10,000/- and selected promotional items.
  
• For orders below Rs. 10,000/-, a fixed delivery charge of Rs. 450/- applies anywhere in Sri Lanka.
  

⏱️ Delivery times are calculated excluding Sundays and public/trade holidays.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• Damaged or defective item
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Short expiry or insufficient shelf life
• Unusual change in product formulation or appearance (odor, texture, etc.)
