Customer Complaints / Goods Return Policy

At Missrose.lk, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality products and reliable service. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Delivery Inspection (VERY IMPORTANT)

All customers are required to physically inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery in the presence of the rider.

  • If any issue is found (damage, wrong item, etc.), it must be reported immediately and handed back to the rider at the time of delivery.
  • The issue must also be informed to our customer support team for further action.

 2. Complaint Registration

Customers must contact us immediately and obtain a complaint ID for follow-up.

All complaints must include:

  1. Order number
  2. Issue details
  3. Photo/video evidence (if applicable)

3. Return / Exchange Eligibility (General Terms)

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing fault
  • Short expiry / insufficient shelf life
  • Product formulation or appearance has unusually changed (odor, texture, etc.)

All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

4. Personal Care & Cosmetic Products

For hygiene reasons:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for refund
  • Exchange may be allowed in special cases within 4 days

5. Electronics & Household Products

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
  • Physical damage is not covered under the warranty
  •  Warranty claims require:
  • Proof of purchase
  • Warranty card (if provided)

Products under warranty may be repaired or replaced depending on the issue.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available
  • Refunds are processed after mutual agreement
  • Processing time: 4–5 working days
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers may bear return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side

9. Important Notes

  • Complaints must be reported immediately after delivery
  • Late complaints may not be accepted
  • Missrose.lk reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice
